Khaled has more than 22 years of experience in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects for the public sector in California. He has a proven track record of technical and managerial leadership in the engineering consulting industry. His career spans over multitude of challenging projects throughout Southern California.  His hands-on experience expanded from federally and state funded local projects. He serves as technical expert for the California Board of Professional Engineers. He believes that leadership and proper communication using a client-focused approach are the key elements to transfer the client’s vision into a real project driven by highly motivated engineers and talented professionals. Khaled enjoys playing chess, traveling, and biking over the weekends.
